1. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason .

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter).

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

2. Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you (including delivery costs, except if you chose a more expensive delivery method than standard delivery) without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received your cancellation notice.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

3. Return of goods

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your cancellation.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

4. Return shipping costs

The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Condition of the return

Please send the items if possible:

  • unused
  • undamaged
  • in the original packaging

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.

6. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery
  • Custom-made or personalized products

7. Damaged or defective items
